Starfront Collision for iPad is now available! Although the overall layout is the same as its iPhone version, moving around on a larger iPad screen is definitely a big improvement.
Star Front Collision is no doubt a Star Craft spin off. If you played the famous Blizzard Game Star Craft, the gameplay is almost exactly the same. Gather minerals, build structures, train units and conquer the opponent. Even the character voices and background music as well as the storyline is similar to Star Carft!
But despite all the similarities, its a surprisingly enjoyable and action packed game! The zoom in and zoom out feature looks great as well. Graphics is not out of this world but not bad at all. Star Front Collision is not as hardcore as the PC game, but its as close as it can get. Easy touch, swipe, and pinch your way to victory!
Star Front Collision for iPad is also a massively online multiplayer game! Team up with players online or do a free for all battle with up to four players per game. You can also play an offline skirmish game with the bots or play the campaign mode as a Consortium (Terran), Myriad(Zerg) or Warden(Protos). I have high hopes for this game and I'm sure it will improve a lot in its next versions. Online multiplayer mode only works on Wifi connection. I hope they will allow 3G soon!

Downside of this game is that its not a Game Center Game. You have to go to Gameloft online to be able to invite friends to play the game and its not an easy task. Not a lot of players are online so waiting for other players to join might take a while. The buildings and units are still limited.
