RATING: GREAT BUT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!
The lack of a native Facebook App for iPad is really annoying! Of course you can always use safari on iPad to check your Facebook but its just the same old page with some of the important functions like uploading photos disabled.
A few decent third party Facebook Apps for iPad surfaced and promised to give the best user experience for checking your Facebook on iPad. But so far only MyPad+ has been able to achieve a user friendly interface with most of the functions you need to navigate, post, and upload stuff on Facebook.
With MyPad+, you will be able to post status, upload and download photos, comment, add friends, send messages, chat, view your calendar and do almost every basic stuff you need on Facebook. The interface is great with its stacking and swipe navigation. You can also edit the privacy before uploading a photo. Multiple accounts also supported. Really love the photo album view!
Some limitations. You can only upload one photo at a time as of this moment. You cannot create albums. You can only view News Feed, can't filter the views. It does not auto refresh. But overall its a great way to view you Facebook on the iPad, probably even better than your web browser.
This App costs $0.99 as of this moment and its on 50% off! You can try the free versions which doesn't come with some of the features and has advertisement popups.
